Integrate Screen Solutions warrants that our retractable pleated insect screen is supplied free of manufacturing defects and material flaws. Should any defect in materials and / or workmanship arise within 5 years from the date of purchase, Integrate Screen Solutions will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Integrate Screen Solutions may request detailed information such as pictures or samples of any potential defect. If a warranty claim is approved, Integrate Screen Solutions will provide replacement components to the original purchaser, or provide a refund if applicable. This warranty does not cover shipping, transportation, removal, labor, disposal, or any other service or cost incurred. Please note that our screen systems are designed to support natural ventilation and protection against air born insects and other pests. Inclement weather conditions may affect the performance of the screen. Always retract the screen in windy or unfavorable weather conditions, or when not actively being used as designed.

ITEMS EXCLUDED AND NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

• Improper screen handling, assembly, and installation.
• Use of the screen other than the intended applications.
• Damage to the mesh, mesh cords, injection moldings, aluminum extrusion, or any other component caused by deliberate or accidental misuse.
• Damage as a result of environmental conditions, strong winds, natural disasters or other events.
• Damage caused by persons or pets accidentally running or walking into the screen when deployed.
• Damage caused to the screen by inadequate maintenance i.e. failure to routinely remove dirt and debris from the extrusions, mesh, and critical operating areas.
• Damage to the mesh, components, or finishes caused by excessive heat from construction related processes.
• Abnormal deterioration of finishes and materials due to exposure to sun, rain, abrasion, heat and/or cold.
• Products or components which have been modified or used outside of the intended design.
• Damage caused by any third party.
